We use your information to operate and improve the DiWo platform, match workers with job opportunities, process payments and tax reporting (including IRS Form 1099-NEC where required), communicate with you about assignments and account status, verify contractor business accounts, and administer the DiWo Insider Referrer Program. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Banking and Payment Information

Bank account details you provide (routing number, account number, account type, and bank name) are used solely to facilitate direct deposit payments. We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
